D-Flex Releases Debut Single “Fall In Love” ft. Samini with DREAM MAKERS ENTERTAINMENT INC

“Fall in Love” ft. Samini is the latest single by Ghanaian-Canadian, artist D-Flex (37). Released on October 31, 2020, along with the music video, the single marks his debut as an official DREAM MAKERS ENTERTAINMENT INC artist, the Canadian record label he officially signed on with on November 11, 2020.

D-Flex, born as Abubakar Alhassan, also known as Superstar Flex, was born and raised in Adabraka in Accra, Ghana, where he began his music industry career. Much of Alhassan’s influence comes from the Ghanaian Afrobeats scene, where he gained his popularity as an R&B artist singing in the West African language Hausa.

He gained his popularity in the Ghanaian music industry after being featured on notable Ghanaian artist K.K Fosu’s, hit single “Number One.” Which led to his collaboration with other artists like Ofori Amponsah on the song “Nothing but Love,” “Adam n Hawa” featuring  Kwabena Kwabena, “Nyame Yaba” featuring Erico, and “Paradise” featuring K.K Fosu & Praye,
to name a few.

His latest single, “Fall in Love,” is similar to his previous musical stylings, of a mixture of West African languages and English, in an R&B and Afrobeats style. Now represented by DREAM MAKERS ENTERTAINMENT INC, Alhassan’s is officially stepping out in the Canadian music industry as an R&B artist with an Afrobeats flare, a first for the label.
